t5 uploading photos

when trying to upload to my laptop i get the message--no image found-- i know there are photos and have uploaded photos many times before help

Try a different USB cable yours may be faulty, one made for data and not one that is just a charging cable

The way I have solved this is to use some other way to get the images on the card - like a reader - and then reformat the card in the camera.

If the photos have been previously uploaded, then you can get that message.  When a file gets uploaded, the camera tags the file to say that it has been previously uploaded.  This is how the camera knows to only download "new" photos.  There is no way that I know of to untag them, either.

 

Try manually selecting files for download.  This should always work.
