Canon Connect app and your camera verify connections so each phone will need a seperate setup in the wi-fi settings. Set 1 will be for the first phone/computer you connected to through wi-fi, so any others will need to be setup under Set 2 or 3.
If that doesn't work then you may have a fault in either the camera or your phone.
