T3i - Videos on computer not clear

Hello I was moving all of my videos from the camera to the computer. I looked at the videos and they are very blurry, the videos have green lines across them. Overall quality is very poor. I have a class 10 card and the videos look fine when i play them back on the camera itself. 

 

Please help as i have a 14 month old and now i have already lost some irreplacable video of her growing up!

How old is your computer? This may be a computer problem either because it has an older video card or obsolete drivers for it or a software problem. Don't delete the file from the computer but if you can copy it to a thumb drive & try it on another computer etc.

The laptop is not that old, running Windows 7. I will try the USB and a different computer.

 

Any other help would be appreciated.
