Rebel T5 getting pics from camera to computer

Hi,

My new-ish Mac does not have a cd rom drive. 

How do I install the software that will enable me to transfer pics from camera to computer?

The manual doesn't offer any options other than CD Rom. Is there something I can get on the App Store?

You need to wait for the Canon support site to come back.

But you don't need any Canon software. I have never used it for my Canons. Start Image Capture and plug your camera into the computer with a USB cable.
