Trying to fix a problem with my Rebel XSi getting a "busy" notice when attem,pting to transfer photos to my HP computer, recently upgraded to Windows 10 Home.

Can you send a correction/link/patch if this is the problem that other people also seem to be having.

... and download the latest EOS Utility software for the computer, and firmware for the camera.  You will need the serial number on the camera to download some software applications.
