Camera connection

Hi I do have problem with connection guide. I use the app about 4 month and everything worked good and one day it stopped working. It connects well but pictures don’t appear in the app. Before when the pictures appear in the app the blue light on the camera flashes however now the blue light flashes and the camera does connect with my phone but the pictures don’t appear on the app and blue light on the camera does not flash. I don’t know where is problem could be from camera or app. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, tried to create new connection with WiFi nothing works.
Please help me to resolve my issue.

We need to know which camera, which app and whether you are trying to view pictures on a PC, Mac, Ipad or phone.

Hi I have camera Canon Rebel t6i and I am trying to connect with iPhone 8.
It worked good and one day it’s stop to appear images in iPhone app and I see that camera trying to connect blue light is flashing I see on the app ( in my phone) that I can see the images I push the button images and nothing.
