need help diagnosing an issue with my canon rebel T1i photos.

Whenever I shoot at 400 ISO, there is a line on the far left side of my photos that is a different shade then the rest of the photo. I've tried shooting with various different lenses, tried viewing them on other computers, and it is still visable when I upload the image anywhere. I can't see it on the view screen, but can see it once its on a computer. I'll include an example (photo I took this morning). IMG_0245.JPG

I got the camera refurbished straight from canon, it's been in my possession since 2011 when I was still in high school, and this has been happening since I got it. It's been easy to just work around, and actually forced me to learn the manual setting early on, so I'm actually kind of grateful. I'm just curious as to what is causing it, and if it would be possible to get repaired.

This ONLY happens at ISO 400?

Does it matter if you shoot RAW vs. JPEG?

it does it in RAW as well, and ONLY in 400ISO
