eos 7d 2 focus squares are showing up on images taken how do i disable that

all of a sudden the foucus points/squares are showing up on images taken as i scroll through and check pics? how do i disable that.

youre the best? now one more question.........the foucus squares have dissappered from the viewfinder how do i get those back.
