and images are stored normally. They do not transmit wirelessly as they should. That is my problem

Have you tried resetting the camera? Your preconceptions are prohibiting [you] from considering the problem objectively.
Last call, have you tried a regular card, yet? If not, then when? If you think there is something wrong with the camera, then prove it.

Are you sure you have EyeFi enabled?
All the camera does is be sure not to shut off while images are being transfered. It does not control the EyeFi card. Are you sure the card is enabled correctly in the EyeFi desktop app?

I really do not think its a camera issue since all the camera setting does is keep camera from shutting off while EyeFi is sending.
I tested it with my 1D Mark IV and it works fine when I enable Power Off to never.
If you are trying to upload to PC it must be a WiFi issue or a bad card.
