Value of a mark iii with 143,000 shutter counts

Some one is selling me a mark iii with 146,000 shutter count in 1,100 what is the real value of this camera on market? The camera is in good condition

If you want it, buy it. Then stop thinking about and stop looking at the shutter count.  Just use it.

Exactly.  Forget about shutter count.  There is nothing you can do about when it may fail, no more than you can change the weather.  An older shutter may go on for years.  A newly replaced shutter may fail after a few months.  

The “shutter life expectancy” specification that Canon publishes is not a hard line rule.  It is an average of performance for a high percentage [>90%] of all camera bodies.  Some bodies last shorter than that figure, exactly that long, or go on for much longer.
