T5i - No AF in Creative Modes only

I have a T5i that ( all of a sudden) does not AF in any of the (4) Creative modes ( M, AV, TV P) . AF works in other modes. 

I took same lens & put it on my T3i and AF works in the Creative modes  just fine.  Suggestions?

Try resetting camera functions.

Thank-you John....I had done the inital setting clearing, but had not done the Custom Function clearing.  That did the trick!  Appreciate your help
