I use my canon to live stream but notice that it will zoom in on my face about every 20 minutes or so. In order to make it zoom back out I have to hit the record (live view) button. Is there a way to change this? I’m not sure if I’ve got a setting wrong or what the deal is, I just know it’s difficult to make sure my camera isn’t too zoomed in while I’m the middle of a game.

Hello Snc9414,
My suggestion would be to try a different streaming platform. The camera, when set for use in live streaming, should not magnify the image, especially without hitting any buttons. The following applications are compatible.
Cisco Webex
Messenger
Streamlabs
Discord
Microsoft Teams
YouTube Live
Facebook Live
OBS (Open Broadcaster Software)
ZOOM
Hangouts Meet
Skype
Slack
The camera does have an Auto power off feature, which even if disabled, the Live View shooting would end automatically after approximately 30 minutes, but that doesn't sound like it's involved in this scenario.
