R6 froze and gave garbage photos and videos

PLEASE HELP!
I did a 36-min interview.
At around 25 minutes, my screen froze and had garbage color.
I couldn’t turn it off.
I had to remove the battery.
After 48 hours of letting it rest, here's how it looks.
If I record video now, it’ll freeze and I’d have to remove the battery.

If I take photos, they look like these.

Greetings,

Please tell us what brand and model of memory card you are using?

Is it a full size card or micro SD with an adapter?  Only full-size cards are recommended or compatible.

After backing up the files on your memory card, format it in the camera and see if it stops freezing. You could also try another memory card.

What resolution video were you shooting? Did you notice if the camera or card were hot when it shut down?
