Hi, I am not getting sound in video recoding on my Canon EOS Rebel T5i which I was getting earlier. I've tried resetting the camera to factory settings but nothing is working. Please help!

How have you determined that it is not recording sound?
Are you using an external microphone, or the camera's built-in microphone?
Have you gone into the menus and verified that movie sound recording is actually enabled?

Thanks for the reply. I am using built-in microphone and already checked sound setting which is enabled. Also, I checked the sound on Camera playback mode and on my laptop through reading card. Both the cases, my new videos don't have sound.
