All,
We were on vacation last week and had the opportunity to use my R6M2 on a daily basis. Shot pictures with all of my lenses. One of thelens I used was a Zeiss Distagon 2.8/15mm ZE. I had read some threads were individuals forgot to change the focus from auto to manual and received a non working message from the camera.
After I attached the adapter and placed the lens on the camera and then turned the camera on the R6M2 automatically switched the focus from auto to manual focus. I thought that was a nice feature of this camera. Just wanted to mentioned it.

The Zeiss lens is a manual focus lens, so the camera will not be able to autofocus and this is why manual focus is automatically engaged when the lens is fitted. I see the same switch to MF when using a Canon TS-E tilt-shift lens with my EOS R6 Mark II.
