With all due respect, your question is so ambiguous that it does not make sense.
If you want to download images taken by your camera, the simplest, fastest and most reliable is to remove the card from your camera and put it into a card reader attached to your computer. The operating system will then see it as a removeable drive and let you copy the files wherever you want.
If you want to do it some other way, then the camera model, and computer operating system version are necessary.
