Hi, I've got issue with IBIS on my R6M1. Photos are blurry, despite exposure time is not so long. Eg. I was able to shoot sharp images on 180mm and 1/6s with RF 24-240 without tripod. Now, it's not possible.
Same issue is present also when I'm using non-IS lens like EF 1.8 50 STM. Durring movie recording or live view, it seems, that IBIS is working properly. Do you have similar problems? THX for help.

If lens Optical IS is turned off then IBIS is also turned off. Check the lens IS switch and make sure it’s turned on. If it’s off then no type of IS works.

I know it. IBIS is probably making some incorrect movements. That's the reason, that snaps with 24-240 are also blurred, despite this lens has own IS.

Are you sure the IS switch on the lens is set to enable. If not that means you’ll have no type of stabilization. Also 1/6th of a sec is a very slow shutter speed for the focal length you’re shooting at.

Did the R6 (not the Mark II) have IBIS?

The EOS R6 (Classic/ Mark I) does in fact have IBIS. The original R5 & R6 were the first cameras to have IBIS.

The key question is what kind of blur are you seeing, since not all blur is possible to correct by IS or IBIS.
For example I took a photo with a 1-second shutter speed using a handheld EOS R6 Mk1 with EF 40mm f/2.8 STM lens. The result was that every part of the frame that was stationary was sharp, but any moving subject in the frame was blurred, see the photo below. This is because IS/IBIS cannot correct moving subjects, only camera movement.

With video, often a little blur in the frames is helpful to make the movement look smooth. Shooting at 29.97 fps would normally require a 1/60th shutter speed for smooth looking movement.
