Short answer no.
Here's why…
EL-5 uses radio signals to be controlled off-camera. Those radio signals need to come from a transmitting device on the camera. The camera does not have a built-in radio transmitter for remote flashes.
You can use the Speedlite Transmitter ST-E10 - it's a good choice. Other devices that work include the Speedlites with RT in the name, eg 430EX III-RT, plus the EL-1.
If you are using Speedlite EL-1, 600EX-RT, 600EX II-RT, Speedlite Transmitter ST-E3-RT (both versions) as the on-camera transmitter you will need to get the hotshoe adapter AD-E1 for these to fit on to. It converts the multifunction accessory shoe to the shape of the older style shoes and retains weather sealing.

Can the st-e10 mounted on the R62 trigger the 580 EXII speedlite? If not, how to trigger the 580EXII with the R6 markII? Thanks!

No the ST-E10 is a radio transmitter, the Speedlite 580EX II only supports optical wireless transmission, not radio.
You will need another optical trigger on the camera. Suitable triggers that will fit are…
Speedlite 580EX
Speedlite 550EX
Soeedlite EL-100
If you use the AD-E1 adapter, or remove the rubber sealing from the foot the following can also be used
Speedlite EL-1
Speedlite 600EX-RT / Speedlite 600EX II-RT
Speedlite 580EX II

I see a "Speedlite 580EX II for sale" in my future. 😅 I have the EL-5 and will purchase the ST-E10 to trigger that flash off camera. Thanks for your input!
