Hello,
I need help with an issue that I am having on a Canon EOS4000D camera which is showing a solid white line in the bottom part of the screen.
it's not an issue with the lcd screen as i'm using this camera as a webcam and it's still showing this white line at the bttom.
i saw people say this might be a sensor issue but how can i make sure it is ?

Greetings
The first this to do is reset the camera to defaults. If you are using any 3rd party gear, stop while you test. Try a new, full size, freshly formatted memory card from a reputable vendor. Canon lens, Canon battery. The line does not appear to be related to lighting at this point.
Do some testing and let us know what you find.

Does the white line appear when you browse the menu system?
