Hi community!
I have had EOS 4000D for about 3 years and I cleaned it ever since there has been black spots whenever I take a picture and tried everything to clean the lens
I am unsure what to do next, do I invest in a different body or get this fixed?
I would appreciate all the help

A dirty lens does not cause black spots in photos.
What parts of the camera have you been cleaning? The sensor? If so, you likely have damaged it.

Look in the manual for "Dust Delete Data"
Can you send us an image of the spots?

Does this help?

Almost certainly dust or contamination on the sensor.
See my post above, or get a rocket blower and try to blow it out.
Or send it to Canon.
