Canon Rebel T7 Not Focused Manual, No matter what lens and is a new problem

My canon rebel T7 has been having issues with focus with both my 300mm and 50mm lenses. I have been taking photos for 5 years and know how to use manual focus, and suddenly none of my photos are as sharp and focused as they have been in the past. I have properly cleaned the lenses and sensor, and camera shop said there are no problems.

What are the FULL NAMES of the lenses in question saying 300mm or 50mm is NOT a complete model name. A complete model name would "Canon EF 50mm F/1.2L USM" or "Canon EF 300mm F/2.8L IS II USM" lens. I have pictures below to help identify your lens' full name. Now these are examples only not your actual lens.

Do you have soft images when you use auto focus?  The T7 doesn’t have any manual focus aids, except for the Live View in a magnified mode.

If you’re manually focusing, then you’re responsible for the focus accuracy. I will also add that the issue is not the camera. All the camera does is record the image presented to it from the lens.

Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens and Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II lens. I have never had any problems, and since October have not been able to get any focused shots with either lens. I have tried all tricks I can think of. There is a 'foggy' like tint on most of my photos, even after properly cleaning.

Have you tried these lenses on a different camera. I highly doubt that both of your lenses are broken at the same time.
