HI- Looking at the Canon EOS RP as that is what is most affordable to me right now but not impressed with the battery capacity, which i have read about in many reviews. Is there another battery option besides having a back up? Is there a different battery that can be used?
Thank you

Hi and welcome
There is no other kind of batter for the RP to my knowledge. Nor does Canon have a battery grip, however there is a 3rd psrty on available that taked 2. You would use it at your own risk. Google RP grip to find it.
You could try the R7 that uses Canon's most piwerful battery.

The EOS RP requires ownership of multiple camera batteries. For some reason people act like a camera should be able to run indefinitely on a small $50 battery... Just buy a couple extras and you'll be good.
