70?d won't send photos to my apple iphone 6 plus

I've read the manual, followed instructions but can't send my Cannon 70d photos to my iPhone 6 plus. Seems like the manual was written before the 6 plus came out. Can you give me, or tell me where to find very easy to understand instructions.? Thanks.

Hi Kagey.

Just wondering... do you have the "EOS Remote" application installed on your iPhone 6 and are you using it?  "EOS Remote" would not have been in the software package with your new 70D camera -- you have to get it from the Apple "App Store" via iTunes... but it is free.

It is needed to control the camera from the phone and also to do image transfers.
