Used EF zoom lens recommendations for wildlife

Morning all. I have 1100d and am looking at getting a decent zoom lens . Probably used due to prices etc. this will be for wildlife etc. any suggestions please?

Canon 1100D.  Popular lenses for wildlife which can be purchased used are:

Canon EF100-400

Sigma EF150-600 c

Sigma EF60-600

Tamron EF150-600 G2

Of that list above the Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 will be the top choice. The Sigma C super zoom is second choice. 

BTW, the Sigma 60-600mm super zoom forget it.
