Greetings,

The lens you purchase must be for Canon EF, not Nikon.  This lens comes in a few variants.  One for Canon, One for Nikon and one for their own mount Sigma.  You have to buy the Canon variant.

Greetings,

Don't buy a bundle.  These are often not sold by authorized dealers.  They can include over priced accessories or a bunch of low quality junk.  Stick with Sigma Direct or their outlet, B&H, KEH, Adorama or LensRentals.  B&H has a great deal for the next 2 days.

Here is the problem with Amazon as I guess this is where you are shopping, right. Most of the time if you purchase directly from Amazon you are getting top quality and authorized items. This applies to not only camera and lenses but virtually everything Amazon sells. The problem is some of the time you can't tell or don't know that the item you are buying is not directly from Amazon. You should see Sold by Amazon some where on the page. Otherwise, it is from one of their 'market place' stores which may be or may not be an authorized brand seller and most likely they are not.

On some items this doesn't even matter but on photography gear it does. There are any number of good retailers to use but you as the buyer must read the fine print as they say. A local Best Buy or camera shop is also good.
