Hello all,
I just bought a RF 50mm lens and once I connected the lensto my R10, it worked fine for the first time, when I restarted the camera, lens wont go Auto Focus mode in any setting, I tried the AF/MF button, tried looking for Focus mode but couldn't find it to change it to AF. Did reset the camera couple of times, but still same issue. The kit lens are working fine. any suggestions on how to resolve this before contacting customer care?
The firmware version is on 1.5 at the moment.
Thanks

This lens doesn't have its own dedicated AF/MF switch. It relies on the switch on the camera body itself. Make the switch on the camera body is set to AF. The switch is on the left when looking at the front of the camera (lens side). To the right of the hand grip. Turn it to the AF position.

Depending on the camera body, you either have to use the AF/MF switch on the front of the camera body, or you have to go into the menu system and enable AF/MF.
