Many of the User Guides for cameras that feature Dual Pixel AF sensors refer you to the Canon web site for a a list of compatible lenses. I seem to recall seeing such a list, or something similar. But, there does not seem to be a list following the recent redesign of the Canon USA web site.
This first image is a screenshot from the EOS R5C User Guide specifications. It is similar to all R Series bodies. The next two images are also from the EOS R5C User Guide.
I have often seen the remark that lenses released after the introduction of Dual Pixel AF in 2009 are compatible. But the actual list seems nowhere to be found on the Canon USA web site.

After more searching, I think I may have answered by own question.

The lenses at the following link do not fully support Dual Pixel AF.
The exact answer is still a little fuzzy and subject to some interpretation.
