Popular choices will be the 85 or 135 and the lower the f number the better but then again the more expensive. The 70-200 f2.8 L might be an option too. You'll need fast glass due to the speed of the action & less than ideal lighting.

and you're forgetting the BEST choice the 200mm f2.0L.

I think 200 mm on a crop body will be too restrictive but I guess it depends on the type of shots wanted & distance to subjects during the majority of the action.
