How to register Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II lens

I recently purchased this lens and tried to register is on Canon website.

They don't have it in the list of available products.

How can I register my purchase?

Apparently the registration site is undergoing a rebuild and so you may find that, for the time being, it's not possible to do so.  I suggest you give it a couple of days and have another shot.

I would agree with the information that Tronhard has provided. Our website is undergoing an update. The EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II lens has not yet been added as a lens model which can be registered on to your My Canon Account but I have submitted a ticket to our website engineering team to notify them that this specific lens model is missing from the list of products that can be registered to an account. Please log in to your account in a few business days to see if you're able to register your lens and I do apologize for the inconvenience.
