Can't register my Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM Lens

Hi, I've been trying to register the new lenses I bought with my camera.  But, neither of my lenses (RF24-105mm F4 L IS USM and RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM) show up in the search when I try to register them.  Can anyone help with this?

Hi Rick, yes I'm trying to register in My Canon.  Unfortunately neither of my lenses show up in the search when I try to register them.

Does anything appear when you start typing (entering) the model of a canon product?

Example RF 100... 

A listing of products should start to appear.  If they do not, I'd try a different browser.  Is it possible a pop up blocker, or browser extension is keeping the list of products from populating or being displayed?Y  You can see from my examples that products begin to populate as characters are entered.

Hi Rick, that was totally the problem!  I switched browsers and it worked fine.  Thanks, that never even occurred to me!
