There are many (I think 6) EF 70-200mm varieties. I have 4 images of the lens in question and none of them show the specific model.
Can anyone help ?

Read us everything that's etched or printed on the lens, especially what it says around the front rim.

That lens has been in continuous production since 1995. You should be able to find a date code on the lens mount area if you want to know when it was built.

I only know of three. As Robert asked, what does it say on the front of the lens. That is which model it is no matter how many versions exists.
