70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM No longer supported for repair?

Hello!

My 70-200 has not been focusing beyond 10m lately (either manual or auto), and I took it in for repair. The repair shop said they cannot fix it and Canon no longer supports the lens.

What are my options??
