pixma tr 4522 has an orange tint on every thing, cant find out how to set rgb

my new printer p[rints everything with an orange tint

canon will not answer the tech line even after 90 minutes on hold

how do i set rgb?  it is usless as it is

I recommend performing a nozzle check on the printer. Please click HERE for the steps. Once the nozzle check prints, please click the blue link in step 6 to compare your nozzle check with our sample. Does the nozzle check match the sample or are there any colors missing?
