got this printer in Sept. Its been working fine, did one page today perfectly and the next (and all since) have no cyan at all.
Read here to do maintenance. Checked the nozzles, same, no blue, did a cleaning, didn't fix, did three deep cleanings, checking the nozzles in between, still no blue.
Seems like a sudden hardware problem but we don't see a way to fix it.
Please help.
