Printing was generally ok from the beginning to the middle. However when printing reached the end, multiple non-even strip lines appeared (horizontal). I have tried all kinds of cleaning as well as setting "prevent paper abrasion" but they are not helpful. Another issue is when it printed 4R paper, the paper obviously started to vibrate between left and right when printing was close to the end and then resulted in smeared or broken photos. This is a brand new printer, any solutions? thanks. Word document printing is ok.
