Hi normathibodeau1,
We apologize, but the SELPHY CP400 is not supported with Windows 7 or Windows 8. This is partly because of certain development specifications required by the operating system.
You are able to print directly from a digital camera that supports the PictBridge standard. This method requires that you connect your digital camera directly to the printer using a PictBridge USB cable (usually provided with the digital camera and not with the printer). Once connected, you would print to the printer using the controls on the PictBridge compatible digital camera. To verify if your digital camera supports the PictBridge standard, please refer to the documentation that came with your digital camera.
