I just purchased this printer set it up and I've tried several times to print out a image on a piece of paper that has a lot of black and it comes out a faded looking grey color and the parts that aren't black also seem faded too I have tried changing any settings I could find and I've tried to change the colors of the image to make it darker and got no change they all came out the same grey color not even close to black

Hello Badewitt,
The colors on plain paper will not be very vibrant/intese. To get better prints, you can adjust the settings or try another paper type. To help select the correct settings, I would need some additional information to continue further. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we can provide some suggestions.
- What type of paper are you printing on?
- What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
