Ts5050 printing vertical lines only at end of print

Hi,
I’m having some problems printing a full page image with the ts5050, about an inch at the end of the print has vertical lines running down. The rest of the image is fine. They’re the same colour of what ever image I’m printing but darker.
I’ve tried running the cleaning and print head alignment, changing the program I’m printing with and new ink but no luck.

Providing an image of the problem might be helpful. 

How old in this printer?

What OS are you using with it?

How is it connected?
