Trying to print but my TR4720 is in "copy" mode. How do I get it back to "print" mode.

Hi sybwk1954,

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What program / application are you attempting to print from?

Are you using your PIXMA TR4720 wirelessly?
Or are you connecting it with a USB cable?

What is the exact wording of the error message that you get when you attempt to print?

In addition to providing the information Patrick specified, try unplugging the printer from power source and cycle the power button a few times. That my drain any retained charge and clear the setting.
