TS6020 fails to recognize/register letter size paper in cassette

The TS6020 thinks I've loaded and selected A4 paper in the cassette when I've actually loaded and selected letter size paper. The printer therefore will not print from the cassette. It only uses the rear tray.

Hello.

Double check to make sure that the correct paper source is being selected before printing from your computer.  It may be possible that the rear tray is being selected in the settings on the computer.
