I replaced the ink cartridge in my Selphy Square QX10 and, following that, every time the device prints, it only feeds about 1", then errors out with a paper jam. When I look inside the device, I don't see anything obvious issues or culprits. I've tried various combinations of new photo paper and new photo ink cartridges, but always get the same message.
