Does anyone know how to fix the banding in the blacks? I've replaced ink cartridges, cleaned nozzles, aligned heads. Here is an example.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS702a and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the banding issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.

I have tried to do that. I cannot register my pixma for some reason. It won't accept the serial number. If there is another way to speak to someone I would appreciate the info.
