Pixma ix6820- something dropped in the rear paper feeder. Can't reassemble


A magnet dropped into the rear paper feeder.  We got it out but had to disassemble the paper feeder.  How does the spring attach?  Is there a parts diagram or photo to show it somewhere? IMG_0509.jpgThank you in advance!

It would appear that your PIXMA iX6820 would require service.  If your PIXMA iX6820 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
