nozzel check showed no ink on medium or light test stripe of cyan, only dark stripe which showed no problem.
cleaned the printer heads with warm distilled water. problem remains: only the darkest stripe of cyan prints, no ink on the medium or light test stripe. Since the dark stripe prints fine, I'm assuming it's not the cartridge.
What might be the problem? and solution?
