Black text and images are printing magenta. Tried printing in b/w and grayscale. Replaced the black ink cartridge. Still get magenta. It's like the colors are mapped incorrectly. Could this be from a faulty update or malware on the printer? The printer screen said that it needed an update, which it did directly through wifi. The problem started after that. Is there a way to return to the original settings/firmware?

Have you run a nozzle check?

Thank you. It was a combination of clogged nozzles and ink starting to run out, even though the printer said the cartridges still had about 1/3 left. Cleaned the nozzles, replaced the ink, cleaned the nozzles again. Working fine now. Cheers!
