Pixma MX490


Hello, Recently my printer wil not print from anything besides the Canon App on my phone. I can't choose the print screen from my chromebook and I get the notification that it is printing and when it is done, but it's not printing. I need my printer as I am a homeschool mom and need to print stuff off of my computer. I'm not getting any error messages from the computer, phone or printer, I believe they are not communicating correctly. When I choose print on my Chromebook It has a the lit green circle next to my printer to show its on. Can anyone please help?

The ChromeOS does not have native printing support for the PIXMA MX490.  Please view the following article for further information:
