My G6020 printer has started giving error 1476 which says the print heads are incompatible. They're the same print heads that came with the printer when I bought it and have been working fine for years. I have already checked that the print heads are seated, and they seem to be, unless I have forgotten how hard to press them in. I have done the maintenance that I can do and made sure the tanks are full. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any suggestions appreciated! Thank you!
