I changed out my empty ink cartridge and replaced it with a new 275XL black ink cartridge. It’s the exact same model I had been using. Now the printer won’t recognize it so I can’t print. The printer is model TS3522. What can I do to get the printer to recognize it?

Hi,
I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the ink is still not detected, try holding the stop button down on the printer for 5 seconds then release it.
