PIXMA TS3522 Print quality error message

I am getting a printer error with  my ts 3522.  There is no number or code associated with it.

It says:

Print quality may deteriorate if you print with the current [Print With] setting.

Print With: Black Only

Changing the setting to {All Colors (Default)] is recommended

(Printer Driver>[Page Setup] tab > [Print With])

I don't understand what this means or how to change it.  I was printing with the same setting for  months before this error came up.
