PIXMA TR8620a, printing from Avery design print 8316 option not available

have a ts8620. when printing from avery design and print 8316 1st time i printed and when i went to options 2 sided printer option was there. next day made made change in text, went to print and that option is no longer available. i don't know what happened. as far as i know only changes were to text. help

According to Avery's web site, If you started with a single-sided design, click the "Change Template" button to find and select a compatible two-sided template that keeps your existing design.

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

Do you own the PIXMA TR8620?
Or do you own the PIXMA TS8820?
